Your Tired Body

According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, as many as one to four million Americans suffer from "Chronic Fatigue Syndrome". For many, the symptoms are so debilitating they cannot even work, yet less than half of these people report their illness to a physician.

In fact, almost everyone can identify some point in their life where lack of energy and feeling tired have been a persistent problem. It is not so surprising that so many are affected when one stops to consider the many things that impact our lives on a daily basis. When you add stress into the equation - which is something everyone has to deal with - the number of problems rises dramatically. Autoimmune disease has been reported as a third major cause of illness in the US, affecting over 50 million Americans. It is further estimated that as many as 70 million Americans have some form of heart disease.

All these are linked in some way to persistent feelings of fatigue and tiredness. Why? The answer is pretty simple - when you feel tired, your body is trying to tell you something. And if you continue to ignore these signs, serious problems can result. Most people recognize the importance of maintaining their cars, because they wish to avoid the hassle and expense of major repairs and breakdowns that could be prevented. Yet, when it comes to caring for our bodies, we tend to keep pushing ourselves in countless little ways that add up. Not getting enough sleep for instance. When the body does not get proper rest, your immune system is severely compromised. Cut yourself short on sleep for a few nights in a row and you will almost guarantee yourself that you WILL catch that cold or flu going around and it will take longer to shake it off too.

Then, just because we are too busy, most people cut corners on nutrition. Skipping lunch or breakfast on a frequent basis, and then trying to compensate and satisfy your hungry with unhealthy snacks through the day, or an extra large dinner is not going to help. We are always in too much of a hurry, and so easy to prepare processed and packaged foods become the norm. Then, if we do feel the urge to try and eat healthier foods, and go to the store to buy fruits and vegetables, we find so many of them seem to be boring and tasteless. No wonder - most of them are grown in depleted soils that have been used over and over, and they simply don't have the nutrients they are supposed to. Not to mention all the harmful chemicals and pesticides they have been treated with or exposed to. Even so called "organic" foods are often not much of an improvement. Try eating fresh tomatoes from someone's garden at the same sitting with a store bought tomato, and this difference is readily apparent.

What to do? When your body is feeling tired, pay attention. Try to get some extra rest and don't push yourself so hard. Try to eat healthy foods, but realize that as hard as you try, you are not going to get enough of what you need in your diet from foods that are readily available in the store. Just because the label on a package reads off with and impressive list of vitamin and mineral content does not mean your body will be able to process and use those vitamins and minerals in the quantities listed on the label... So its important to find some good quality, natural health & nutrition supplements to help your body get the elements it needs.

The Truth About the Unthinkable Zrii Upheaval

By now many may have heard rumors of some giant upheaval going on with the Zrii company. This comes as a particular shock to me, just days after having attended a Zrii presentation with one of the key players in the opposition, Tyler Daniels. Its important to get the facts out about what is really going on, so lets begin.

First, lets understand how Zrii is structured. Zrii is owned 100% by the chief founder and CEO, Bill Farley. Bill is an extremely successful entrepreneur who has created one billion dollar brand after another. Names most people in America will recognize, including Fruit of the Loom, Gitano, Christian Dior, Dan Post, Acme, and others, all were owned and created by Bill Farley. Bill became interested in Network Marketing as a business model a few years ago when he narrowly missed winning the bid on the company Herbalife. Bill had bid $700 million to buy Herbalife but was outbid - Herbalife went on to become a $3 billion company just a couple years later, and Bill realized he personally would have earned over $2 billion if he had won that bid.

Bill did a lot of research, which indicated that the field of liquid nutritionals was what was really hot in Network Marketing. And so he paid a visit to the Chopra Wellness Center, to talk to Dr. Deepak Chopra who had been his personal friend for over 25 years, and asked him a simple question. "If I could take ONE thing for the rest of my life that would most benefit my health, what would that be?" Deepak's answer was, "Amalaki". So Bill - entirely out of his own funds and resources - hired a team of Ayurvedic doctors and medical doctors to come up with a unique synergistic formula. One that would combine the ancient wisdom of 5000 year old Ayurvedic medicine with modern medical research. One that would find the key supporting ingredients and the exact proportions to fully unlock the power of amalaki. More than a year was spent in testing and refining before the Zrii product was born. And keep in mind, this entire time, the whole project was personally funded by Bill Farley.

While this was going on, Bill sought to find some key players whom he would select as Founding Executives to help run his new company. These men, including top executive Kirby Zenger did not invest money. They were hired and chosen by Bill.

The Zrii compensation plan is a powerful and extremely fair Unilevel pay plan with dynamic compression, and many, many bonuses. This allows people on lower levels who are just getting started to earn a check, and those heavy hitters with the resources to build quickly to grow a very lucrative business in a short time. Zrii was set up with ONE Master Distributor at the top of the company. This person was Jason Domingo. Jason was chosen for this position by Bill. Next, Bill interviewed and chose people to head the three legs of the company that he would place directly under Jason. The head of one of these legs was Tyler Daniels. The same Tyler Daniels whose Zrii presentation I personally attended barely more than a week ago - who opened up his Zrii back office and let us all stand over his shoulder and look at his earnings. Who was boasting about the $43,000 check from Zrii he had just received, and that he had only worked 4 days out of the month to earn it. At that moment, on Jan 28th, I observed Tyler had over 41,000 people in his downline - many of these would be preferred customers, but his leg included other 10 Stars and was the largest of the three.

At that point, I was very excited, as Tyler was planning on coming to my area of Medford, OR to do these presentations every month. He seemed very sincere and 100% behind Bill Farley and Zrii at that moment, and wanted nothing more than to help any distributors who wanted to learn, whether or not they were in his downline. We had only to bring people these meetings he said, and he would help us get them signed up. Given this sudden and unexpected turn of events, I am very thankful that I am NOT in Tyler's downline and that I did not know anyone to take to that meeting. My line, thank goodness, is headed by the brothers Doug and Dave Vass from Canada, who really are 100% behind Bill Farley and Zrii and are not involved in this mess.

So what happened to change Tyler's mind so suddenly? Or was he contemplating this plot even as he spoke to us and told us how much greater an opportunity Zrii was than other choices BECAUSE of who Bill Farley is, and his unique experience of creating one billion dollar brand after another? I don't know. But what happened next came down suddenly. Jason Domingo began calling key leaders and telling them that Bill Farley was lying and stealing from the company, going to run it into bankruptcy, and a lot of other nonsense. Bear in mind that Zrii just broke all networking marketing records by selling over $45 million of product in its very first year. Bear in mind that Zrii has not only shown a profit every single month since they began shipping product Oct 1, 2007, but have INCREASED their profits every single month, as well as increased the growth of new distributors and new customers. This is unheard of in the networking industry.

On Monday, Feb 2, Bill Farley came to Salt Lake City as per his schedule, and Kirby Zenger - who had not contacted Bill or answered his calls for the previous week - was not at the airport to pick Bill up as he had done for the past year. Bill found his own ride to Zrii headquarters, where he was amazed to find nobody at work - excepting for the Customer Service representatives who, thankfully, were taking calls and placing orders as usual. Bill discovered that Kirby had ordered everyone else not to come in to the office that day, but work at home. He then left a voicemail for Bill suggesting that he and some top distributors wished to meet with Bill that afternoon and it would be helpful if he brought his attorney with him.

Next Bill received some threatening emails - one from a law firm who said they had been retained by someone called the "Wellness Acquisition Group" regarding matters concerning Zrii.
Another from Kirby and some other executives who demanded that Bill immediately sell them his "controlling interest" in Zrii, and one from Jason, Tyler, and other top distributors demanding that Bill immediately remove himself as CEO. If he did not comply, they said, "we will be forced to dismantle the entire Zrii company, leader by leader, and for all practical purposes, Zrii will cease to exist within 30 days".

An ugly picture is beginning to emerge, that reminds one of the old story of Lucifer, the highest archangel of heaven who suddenly decided that being over everybody in heaven wasn't good enough - he wanted God's position. And so started a great war against God, recruiting 1/3 of the angels to fight on his side (which war he lost, by the way, and while he still plagues mankind for the timebeing, his destiny as a loser is marked for eternity).

So it appears that Kirby Zenger, Jason Domingo, Tyler Daniels and others, realizing that Zrii was destined to become the biggest network marketing company in history, decided it would be a good thing (for them) to get control of it. They thought that by uniting together and spreading these lies, they could force Bill to buckle and buy him out so they could have much more of the money than they were already getting. What would have happened if they could have done that? Do Kirby, Jason, Tyler, and these others have the reputation of being able to create one billion dollar brand after another? No. They would be just like a whole bunch of other guys, who think because they were successful distributors who made a lot of money they can run their own company, and most of them fail. Was Dr. Deepak Chopra, founder of the huge Chopra Wellness Center, the personal friend of any of these guys for over 25 years like Bill Farley is? No. Would it be likely then, that Dr. Chopra would abandon his longtime friend and continue to allow the Chopra Center to endorse the Zrii product if these guys forced Bill out in such an unethical manner? Hardly. In fact, on learning of this situation, Dr. Chopra and Dr. Simon have made it clear that they are 100% on Mr. Farley's side.

What happened next is that Bill Farley flatly refused to comply with the demands of these bullies to hand over his company and step down. Kirby and the other executives involved resigned. Jason, Tyler, and some other distributors involved were terminated. These guys now have no company and no product. They hoped to take over Zrii and failed. The fat checks they were getting from Zrii will dry up quickly. Now they are frantically looking around to try to join Mona Vie or some other company, or start their own. Hopefully Mona Vie or any other ethical company will have better sense than to let them in. And chances are, any other venture they start will fail. Bear in mind that most people when they need money go to the bank and ask for a loan. When the banks need money, they go to Bill Farley. Zrii debt ridden and on the verge of bankruptcy? I doubt it. These guys, overcome by common greed, either thought of, or allowed themselves to be drawn into, a scheme that ruined everything for them. Now they think they will retaliate by hoping to destroy the reputation of Zrii and Bill Farley by publishing further lies. Don't be fooled. If you see any of these guys in the near future, wanting you to join some other existing company or some new venture they start, do not trust them. They will pull the rug out from under you in a heartbeat.

What will happen next? I don't know. But I'm betting that in 30 days, Zrii will not be dismantled at all, but will be even stronger and brighter than it is today. And I bet these guys will be regretting for the rest of their lives that they ever chose to try to pick on Bill Farley.

Awesome News!

The Zrii meeting in Medford with 10 Star Founding Executive Tyler Daniels on January 28th was a great experience! I never had the opporunity before to attend a live presentation with anyone on that level.

Here are some amazing facts Tyler shared that I will pass along:

Zrii currently has 65,000 distributors, which brought in a total of $43 million in sales during the first year of Zrii (which started pre-launch and shipping product in Oct 2007). We expect to do over $150 million in sales this year. We launched in Mexico just 2 weeks ago, and will also laungh in Japan, Australia, and Israel this year.

At the time Tyler got into Zrii, he was not even remotely interested. He was a top distributor for another company, doing very well, with a completely passive income of $20k/month (meaning, if he turned off his phone and did nothing, he would still earn $20k/month). Someone persuaded him to go and meet with Bill Farley and just talked to him about this new company Bill was interested in starting.

At the time, Tyler had no idea who Bill Farley was. He walks in there and looks at Bill and says, "you know, I don't think you understand how much it would cost to start a company like that - are you sure you can afford this?"

Bill gathered that Tyler had no idea who he was and so he asked him, "well, have you ever heard of Fruit of the Loom?" Of course Tyler had. "well," says Bill, "I own that. How about Christian Dior? Gitano? Dan Post? Acme?" As Tyler continued to nod, Bill admitted to owning all of those as well. He created these companies, one after the other, and made them all into billion dollar brands. In fact, his financial advisors suggested to Bill that what he was proposing to do now would be a pretty small investment compared to the scale he had been doing.

"Well then," Tyler wanted to know, "why would you be interested in MLM?" Bill explained how a few years earlier, he had bid on a company called Herbalife for $700 million. Someone else outbid him, and got it for $750 million. In the next 3 years, Herbalife became a $3 billion company, and Bill realized if he had won that bid that he personally would have made $2 billion.

Then it happened that one day Bill was visiting with Dr. Deepak Chopra, who had been a personal friend of his for 25 years, and he asked him, "if there was one thing I could take for the rest of my life to benefit my health, what would that be?" Deepak told him, "Amalaki". The idea for Zrii was born. Bill Farley had the money and the resources and put together a team of the leading medical doctors and Ayurvedic doctors to come up with a unique synergistic formula that would draw both on the wisdom of 5000 year old Ayurvedic medicine, as well as modern medical research, and unlock the power of Amalaki to its full potential.

Tyler was so impressed with Bill's plans and so confident he would carry them out that he immediately resigned his position with the company that was paying him $20k a month and walked away from it... to spend three months of $0 income while Zrii was still in the development stages and did not even have its product yet. His patience was rewarded. Bill placed one Master Distributor, Jason Domingo, at the head of the company, and Tyler is one of only 3 people who is front line to Jason.

Zrii began shipping product in October 2007, and Tyler made 8 Star Executive in 90 days. Now, after barely a year, he is making over half a million per year. By comparison, a doctor who goes to 8 years of medical school, gets buried in student loans, must deal with malpractice insurance, work horrible hours, take on more patients than they can reasonable handle and rarely see their family - makes an average of $160/year. Tyler's check last month was $43,000 and it goes up by $1000 or $2000 every month. And that is just the unilevel pay, not all the bonuses). Tyler logged into his back office right there at the meeting and showed us all the checks he's been getting. And for all this, he worked a grand total of 4 days last month to earn that $43k - if you call flying around and doing a few meetings "work".

Unlike so many companies that promise you more freedom to spend time with your family and do the things you enjoy, and then turn around and pressure you to be on the phone all day or out beating the bushes to continually bring in more people until you don't have a minute left to call your own - here is a real live example of how MLM can and does work.

So, if Tyler is making this kind of money, what would he be doing in Medford, OR? Well, one of his personally sponsored members has a small group up here that is trying to grow. Tyler simply wants to help Bonnie build her other leg, so the intent is, he plans to come back here every month and capture this market and then move right on up the west coast to Portland, then Seattle, etc. He does not care if you are in his downline or not - because with the All Star Bonus he is earning 3% on everyone in the company anyway. What is more, he understands what is so valuable - by helping the small people get started, he can ensure that they too will have a chance to earn a nice check, and they will be happy and stay with the company - and when that happens, Tyler's check will not go away for a long, long, long time. Smart thinking, I would say.

Another important point Tyler made - one you hear companies repeat so often, "the timing is perfect". Well, don't they all say that? Maybe, but they may keep on saying it long after that window of opportunity has passed.

The field of liquid nutritionals is huge - leading econonomist Dr Paul Zane Pilzer expects it to top $1 trillion by next year! So, companies spring up all over the place. What happens may be demonstrated with a simple S curve model. A lot of companies may have a good idea or product - but at the bottom of the S is a point of critical mass, and then the momentum explodes, traveling up the S until it reaches a peak or stabilization at the top.

Where most companies fail is they don't have the resources to keep up when they hit that momentum. Zrii has all the resources it needs. Right now, with 65k distributors, selling $43 million of product the first year, it is set to literally explode over the next 2-3 years. Bill Farley's goal is to make it a billion dollar, worldwide company within 5 years - and he will do it.

Compare, for example, Mona Vie, which has become a very successful an popular company. Mona Vie sold $28 million their first year. After 4 years, they now have 1 million distributors, who sold $1 billion of product last year. Mona Vie is at the top of the S, in their stabilization phase.

Where Zrii sold $43 million with 65,000 distributors, they have all that momentum just ahead. and are poised to add nearly a million more distributors over the next 2 or 3 years.
Plus, with Zrii's incredibly fair unilevel comp plan with dynamic compression and a wide range of bonuses, there are going to be a lot of people who will make a lot of money with this company in the next few years. Will you be one?

Prescription Drugs - A Leading Cause of Death

A 1998 study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association (vol 279, April 15, 1998 pp 1200-1205 indicated that more than 2 million patients hospitalized in America suffered an ADR (Adverse Drug Reaction) within a 12 month period of the study, and of these more than 100,000 patients died. These statistics did not include accidental overdoses, or errors in the administration of the drugs, which the researchers estimated would add another 100,000 deaths per year. The study concluded that ADRs kill more people every year than die in traffic accidents, and are the 4th leading cause of death in the United States - behind heart disease, cancer and stroke.

According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, rose 62.5% during the 5 year period from 1999-2004.

These statistics are alarming enough in themselves. It is worth noticing that during these same recent years, billions of dollars have been spent on advertising prescription drugs on television, radio, and popular magazines. (For example, $11.9 billion was spent advertising prescription drugs in 2004, and $11.4 billion in 2005). From 1995-2002, pharmaceutical manufacturers held the top spot among the nations most profitable industries. Still ranking high in subsequent years, they held 2d position in 2006, and returned 19.6% in profits compared to only 6.3% for all Fortune 500 firms.
Next time you see or hear one of these ads, pay attention to what is happening. The drugs are being marketed with high impact advertising strategies, the same as other big companies use to market everything from cars, clothes, food brands, household products and more. These ads are targeted for the primary audience (group of users likely watching, listening to, or reading the publication in which the ad appears) and designed to make them WANT to try this prescription, and even more, to make them believe they should. Many of these drugs are presented as able to resolve common problems that large numbers of people want relief from. Symptoms are listed that many people might identify with, and become convinced from the ad they need this drug and will do exactly what it instructs: ask their doctor if drug_____ is right for them. The patient is now already programmed from the ad and will recite to their doctor an appropriate list of symptoms - and unfortunately many doctors will then just write out a prescription without further question.

In many of these cases, patients probably don't really need the drug in question. The ads, by law, must list common side effects, but in television and radio ads, that part is read over so rapidly, the information isn't likely to sink in. And for magazine ads, the side effects are listed in such microscopic print, most people won't take the time to look at them closely. However, if you start paying closer attention, you'll notice that almost all of the drugs advertised have some very significant negative side effects - even if the risk of incurring these side effects is low, it is still there.

Growing numbers of people are looking for a better alternative. Many are more health conscious and interested in natural health, wellness and nutrition products that can help them stay healthy and avoid, or at least minimize the need for regular prescripton drugs to manage their health. Products such as Natural Cellular Defense Liquid Zeolite and Agarigold H1X1 are two such alternatives among many offered by Waiora which have consistently produced amazing results. Its great to be able to offer people choices which can truly benefit them!

It seems like every time you turn around, a new offer for some health & wellness or nutritional product pops up. They all claim to be different, unique, better than competitors, etc, etc. How do you know what is a really good company or product?

Let's look at Zrii, for example. What makes the Zrii company and product stand out from so many others? One big reason is the Chopra Wellness Center in San Diego. Founded in 1996 by Dr Deepak Chopra and Dr David Simon, the Chopra Center has a huge and respected following worldwide. They have never before endorsed a third party product for the obvious reason they have years of solid reputation behind them they are not willing to risk lightly. Yet they do endorse Zrii, and that endorsement is stamped on every bottle. This presents a high degree of credibility and market appeal that absolutely no other competing product can even come close to.

A second reason is simply to look at what has been happening with the company itself. Most health & nutrition network marketing companies start out with a high degree of excitement during the pre launch and launch phases. This rarely lasts more than a few months. Only a handful of these companies have the leadership and financial backing to get through the initial startup phase and the little delays and hitches that beset any new company without suffering major setbacks and loss of membership. Zrii is exceptional in this regard. The company started pre-launch in October 2007 and full launch in May 2008. Where most companies reach a growth peak after the first few months of startup and decline or level off from there, Zrii has continued to grow by leaps and bounds every single month since first start. Enrollments and autoship orders are increasing by 25% a month on average. Zrii has already generated over $100 million in product sales its first year and is well on track to reach CEO Bill Farley's goal of becoming his next billion dollar brand.

In January 2009, we will launch in Mexico. Mexico customers and distributors may sign up now and will not be billed until we begin shipping product the first of the year.

The Zrii product is formulated by a team of doctors and scientists and based on a combination of the wisdom of 5000 year old Ayurvedic medicine and modern scientific research. The health benefits are real, and the product works, which is why the Chopra Center endorses it. And, unlike so many terrible tasting health products, the taste of Zrii is unique and delightful, and the product is backed by a 30 day money backed guarantee. Stay tuned for more!
